EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW
Complete industrial plastic pelletizing system built around a manufacturer-rebuilt Andritz Paladin 1600 ring-die pellet mill. This line provides an integrated process from material infeed through pellet production, vertical transfer and cooling.
The system includes an incline belt conveyor, twin-auger feeding system, Andritz Paladin pellet mill with two ring dies, Z-style bucket conveyor, Geelen cooling tower with air-handling system and a touchscreen control panel that operates the complete line.
All system components were installed as new except for the pellet mill, which was rebuilt by the manufacturer before installation and is represented as being in like-new mechanical condition.
The complete line was installed at its current location but was never placed into production or used to process material at this facility. It is currently installed but disconnected from electrical power.
The system was designed to produce plastic pellets at an estimated rate of up to 2 tons per hour. Actual production will depend on the material, formulation, bulk density, temperature, die selection and operating conditions.
