Multi-component drying package with IEC Thermo furnaces, fluid bed dryer, cyclones, material handling, blowers, dust collection and integrated controls. Component years are seller-reported as 2019–2020.

SELLER-REPORTED HISTORY AND CONDITION
Seller reports less than 300 total operating hours, last operation in 2021, and disassembly/storage around 2023. Photos show the former installed arrangement. The component inventory describes good condition and normal operation when last used. CPS has not physically inspected or functionally tested the equipment in its current stored condition.

DRYING AND HEAT EQUIPMENT
• IEC Thermo 3000S Series pre-dryer furnace: 2019, 5,000,000 BTU/hr, 5 HP Baldor associated motor.
• IEC Thermo 3000S Series fluid bed furnace: 2019, 3,000,000 BTU/hr, 1 HP Marathon associated motor.
• Industrial Combustion controllers and sensors reported with both furnaces.
• IEC Thermo fluid bed dryer: 2020; additional sensors, motor and gearbox reported included.

CYCLONES AND MATERIAL HANDLING
• Two IEC Thermo cyclones: 2020, approximately 8 ft diameter and 23 ft overall height; seller lists cone height as 17.5 ft.
• Each cyclone has a Blue Level 40-1111-111 flow meter and Kroger Air model 12-2-482 feed roller, 2019, approximately 12 in diameter, 2 HP Baldor three-phase motor and Quantis gearbox.
• IEC Thermo metered feed hopper with auger: 2020, 3 HP Baldor three-phase motor; side of bin modified for easier material loading.
• Five Patz conveyors: 2020, approximately 16 in wide belt surface, each with 3 HP Baldor three-phase motor, shrouds, covers and hopper flanges. Seller lists lengths as 17, 17, 17, 21 and 12 ft.

BLOWERS, DUST COLLECTION AND CONTROLS
• Three Dynamic Fan Corporation RPW 17 blowers: 2020; two rated 75 HP and one rated 40 HP, Marathon three-phase motors.
• Three Danfoss VLT AQUA Drive VFDs listed with the blowers.
• Main dust collector: 20 HP WEG three-phase motor; approximately 10 ft cone height and 4 ft cone diameter; feed roller, motor, gearbox, bagging manifold and bags reported included.
• Dust collector ducting: approximately 10 and 12 in diameter; seller describes galvanized or aluminum construction.
• Main cyclone/material ducting: approximately 20–22 in diameter, galvanized and insulated.
• IEC Thermo main control cabinet: 2020; seller lists Yaskawa and Danfoss VFDs and all manuals, instructions and diagrams.

AS-IS DISCLOSURE
Offered as is, based on seller-supplied information. Reported cosmetic dings and paint scratches from installation/transport. Some conveyor shrouds/shielding and duct flanges need straightening or adjustment. Field wiring was disconnected during removal and needs reconnection during installation. All panel and component wiring is intact. Seller reports no known missing parts or safety concerns; these are not CPS inspection findings. Seller reports that the furnace safety cage is rigid when installed but needs reinforcement for handling.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE SEPARATELY
Seller also lists a 2020 CME HMS-XL-30 hammer mill, 30 HP, reported under 150 hours, with four screen sizes and additional control box/wiring; and a 2020 Oneida XXK100300 dust collector/filter system, 10 HP, reported unused on pallet, with feed roll/airlock and three extra filter sets. These are not included in the $225,000 dryer package unless separately agreed.

CAPACITY AND INSTALLATION DETAILS
Drying throughput, evaporation rate, supported feedstocks, fuel type, supply voltage, airflow, temperatures, overall footprint, shipping weight, loading and freight terms are not confirmed. Furnace thermal-input ratings are not a guarantee of drying capacity.
